Happy Thanksliving!

I agree with the feathered folks...I'm tremendously grateful for each being who lives their life as if others mattered. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

Happy Thanksliving!
And...for all those animals who suffer because of us human animals...I'm sorry.

I will spend part of Thanksliving day trying to make some bunnies a bit more happy and/or comfortable. Few things are more gratifying than bringing some pleasure into the life of those less fortunate than yourself. If you can, please visit your local animal sanctuary or rescue and help out those we abandon, neglect and harm.

And I really really do appreciate all the ethical Vegans and hope you thoroughly enjoy your holiday!!!

Happy thanksgiving! You guys have it so late :). Ours was ages ago! I wish the carnists would realize that it's the potatoes, the yams, the beans, the squash, the wine that make this feast what it is.

That picture is PERFECT!! Did you make it? Can I share it on my blog? I love it!

And I totally agree with your sentiment, of course. And with D.E.M.'s comment, which reminded me of the current poll on our local newspaper's website, which asks which Thanksgiving food is your favorite: The turkey (they're misguided and think that's a food, when we all know it's a being - or a country!), mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, or pumpkin pie. Guess which is in last place? Yep - turkey. If only it would occur to them to just enjoy their favorites and skip the corpse!

Happy Thanksliving!

Thank you DEM for commenting. Yup, we're way behind you northern folks in many ways. :-)

I agree, if someone dies...it isn't a "celebration" or a "holiday".

Thank you for commenting Laloofah. No, it isn't mine...I swiped it from the internet and of course you can share/use it. I've no doubt the originator would be pleased and happy to see it proliferate.

Skipping corpses is the way to celebrate Thanksliving!! Enjoy your holiday. :-)

Grateful for you as well - For all you do. For who you are and what you work towards for the world to become. xox
